As a resident of Fort Myers, Fernando Vaca has always had a desire to be involved with a local business in order to help grow the southwest Florida Area, the region he loves. After graduating from Barron Collier High School, Fernando attended Florida Gulf Coast University where he received a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering acquiring an interest in Construction Management. Following his graduation, Fernando was offered a position as a Project Engineer in heavy civil and Project Manager in high-end residential construction. After gaining 8 years’ experience in all the aspects of construction management, Fernando felt the need to venture into residential construction and acquired his license as a State Certified General Contractor.

During his time as Project Engineer, Fernando worked directly with owners, architects, and subcontractors to oversee projects from estimating to completion. He was the primary point of contact on multiple projects and led the day-to-day decisions and construction activities in projects. Working in the high-end residential construction also allowed him to realize the importance of a good relationship built between the client and the contractor.

Whether it’s seeing the transformation of an older structure through a reconstruction or making plans come to life through new construction, Fernando understands the process, the people, and their desired result. He is committed to working tirelessly and proactively in order to make the experience enjoyable and provide the highest quality for the greatest value for the client.
